SnapBill allows Lusion Technologies resellers to control and resolve past due clients by making use of the Past Due Warning system.

To access the past due warning system go to https://billing.snapbill.com/billing/pastdue or Billing -> Past due warnings when logged into SnapBill.

SnapBill gives you the ability to send 3 types of warnings:

1. The Past Due Warning (First warning)
2. The 24 Hour Suspension Warning (Final warning)
3. The Suspension Warning (Suspends account)
   

Edit wording for these at Setup -> Billing -> Overdue Warnings.
